Temporary Support Placement
Temporary placement will be customized to allow our clients to utilize an employee on a temporary basis for a defined period of time. This allows the client to have flexibility in determining how often or for what length of time their needs would constitute the use of temporary help.
On-Site Staff Management
Based on the customized needs of the client, Premier may staff one or more Account Managers to recruit and manage the day-to-day activities of the employees on the job site if the volume and specific client needs constitute doing so.
Temp to Hire Placement
Allows a client to utilize a qualified employee for a designated period of time and gives the option of taking on the employee as their own at the end of the period with no additional fee. It also allows the client to evaluate the employee and decide if he or she would be a person they would want to add to their staff.
This option is available for those clients who wish to recruit their own help but do not wish to add the employee to their payroll.
Direct Hire Placement
Provides the client with Premier’s expert recruiting knowledge and experience to find the best candidate for a particular position in which the client would pay a flat fee and may take the employee on as their own immediately. Premier will also offer a guarantee of your satisfaction.

Employee Screening, Testing and Tracking
All employee applications are verified and tracked in our proprietary employee database. Job performance is monitored on each assignment which takes much of the guesswork out of finding the right match for your needs. In addition, candidates are pre-screened for past performance characteristics that may cause poor job performance. Skills, reference, background and drug testing can all be conducted quickly and affordably, based on client need.
Employee Orientation and Training
Employees are given detailed descriptions of each assignment to ensure they know what is expected of them: job description, conditions, safety equipment, skill requirements, scheduling, training and any other information provided to us by the client. When appropriate, employees are given a copy of the client company’s employee manual containing rules, policies and safety requirements. If an employer has a special employee training or education need, Premier Staffing can accommodate it.
